Who we are
ALORA Paediatric Wellness & Research Centre, Kollam, Kerala (Pallimukku, Nilamel and Anchal centres). For anything about your information, write to aloraforkids@gmail.com or call 80897 97945.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry
Your name, phone number, your child's age, what you need help with, the centre you chose and your message. We keep this so our team can reply, book an assessment and follow up. Your message also opens in WhatsApp or email, which you send yourself.
Visit counts (always on, anonymous)
We count page visits to know which pages help parents: the page, the site that sent you, the type of device and your approximate city. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address. A one-way code that changes every day lets us count unique visitors without knowing who they are.
Only if you allow analytics
Where people click and how far they scroll, and anonymous recordings of how the pages are used. Everything typed into forms is hidden in these recordings. We may also look up the name of the network you visit from (for example a company or internet provider); the IP address itself is not stored.
Only if you allow marketing
Measurement tools from advertising services such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok, so we know whether our adverts reach parents. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
Parent reviews
If a family shares a review with us, we publish it only with their permission, and only the details they agree to: their words, a photo, a video or a voice recording, their name, and any phone number or social media links they choose to share. Ask us at any time and we will change or remove it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Click maps and session recordings: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Anonymous visit counts: 13 months.
Who can see it
Only authorised ALORA staff, each with access limited to what their role needs. We never sell or share your details for others' marketing. Our website runs on Netlify and our data is stored with Supabase (servers in Mumbai, India).
Your choices and rights
You can change or withdraw your analytics and marketing choices at any time using . You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by writing to aloraforkids@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for parents and carers. We only ask for a child's age, given by the parent, to prepare for the first conversation.
